Poor Food and Service delivery

My husband went to the drive through at MacDonalds Tyger Manor, he asked for 2x Large McFeast Deluxe spicy meals, to which the lady said they had didn't have. He then asked for 1x Large Big Mac meal with spicy sauce, 2x Happy Meals which one was the McNuggets option. He had got home, we found that there was hardly any topping on the Big Mac (1x slice of Gerkin!)and it had looked as if more than half of chips were taken out of my chips box. , and the sweet and sour sauce for the Happy Meal was not put in the kids box. I called the manager to complain about this, he advised that he would find out and call me back in few minutes. He never called me back. I have tried calling the store and there has been no answer. I am really disappointed in the service we have received. People pay a lot of money for service and the food and none of which were received in an acceptable manor.
