Poor employee treatment.

At about 18:40/19:00 a Mcds driver/delivery guys' vehicle broke down on Higgingson highway. He had no way of contacting the restaurant so we decided to help him out and call them for him. A couple minutes later another mcds delivery driver arrived to "assist" him and take over his deliveries. It's now been more than 2 hours and the guy has still not been picked up. We could not drive him to the restaurant since his bike was still broke down on the hwy. It is now 21:22 and my husband had to take the guy to Mcds since it is absolutely freezing outside. I am furious at how their employees are being treated and the only thing I can do is post a review about it.
