Poor drive through service

Poor client service and lack of acknowledgement. I drove into the drive through at Carletonville Mall this morning to order breakfast only to get there and find a note on the speaker that there isn't ice cream or milkshakes available. When trying to place an order I was met with silence when driving to the next windows it was closed and there were 2 vehicles ahead of me upon finally getting to the final collection window to enquire what's happening no one was there to acknowledge me or advise what's happening.
