Poor disgusting severice

The manager calls me from an incorrect store, tells me she will get the manager from the correct store to call. He calls me at 8am, I told him I can not speak and he Hungs up. Doesn't even ask me when he can call back. And then I get a sms saying complaint resolved. Yourl really have no customer service knowledge at all. I am really ****ed off.
