Poor disgusting service

I regret even picking McDonald's today should have just opted for KFC opposite. We got to McDonald's drive thru at night today the time on our receipt was 23:04 but we ended up leaving and receiving our meal at 23:37. We got to the collection window and actually stood there for 20mins without anyone actually attending to us we had to actually start hooting numerous times before two ladies came to us and one of them was so rude my partner actually ended up asking for our money back but I tried to calm him down but that was my second biggest mistake should have just took out Monday. Over 30mins later order came. Drinks had no ice after specifically asking the lady where we paid to please add. I ordered the Jalapeno triple and only got dry lettuce, tomato and patty no jalapeno's not even one nor source. Our naggets had no source, we didn't get ketchup no servants. I'm crying and screaming at the moment cause I actually want my R172.20 back. I'm shocked and disgusted about the service
