Poor Delivery Service From McDonald in Centurion (Jean Avenue)

I have placed my order for delivery at 11:23 (In Centurion, South Africa). I have waited for almost two hours to get my delivery. Note also that I was supposed to take medications during that time but could not do so because I haven't eaten.

I have started sweating, almost collapsed in the office. called Macdonald again regarding the order, I have been told they are experiencing issues. But why don't you let your customers know about that? So, I have been asked if they can still continue with my order. I agreed, then I got it after almost 30 minutes. I'm so disappointed.

This is a very bad experience. I mean really?
