Poor delivery service

I am very disappointed with the delivery from McDonalds in Blue Vally in Midrand. i called like 4 times this morning and i was told that the delivery guys haven't arrived as yet. Funny they say they start at 7 am. what the hell are they working in the first place if they cant get to work on time? why have this stupid delivery service if this people cant do their job? I mean this is ridiculous honestly. What the hell...?
