Poor delivery by Mcdelivery

First time using McDelivery in Pretoria. Order was scheduled to be delivered at 19.35 n I had ordered at 18.00, I was cool with that, then at time of delivery the driver calls to apologize n I was cool with it n he arrived at 20.15 when he had said he will come at 20.00. When he gave my mcflurry it was half full, n had melted mind you I'm only minutes drive from McDonalds. I told the driver to take it back, not because it's late but because it's half full. Tje manager calls n says they will replace it but he isn't sure if I'll be charged a delivery fee. Really!!!! I just told them not to bother n instantly uninstalled the app.
