poor customers service

on the 1st April 2021 at about 1:30 I went to McDonald's in Sammy marks square for my son's birthday lunch.. when I was im the Que to get in I then saw a special ona boss by the door.. i then decided I was going to have that... but only to for in on the machine I couldn't find the speacial plus the machine is not user friendly I called one of the crew members to come and assist she den said to me she is not working on the machines but on the door... i should look for someone to help me..... eventually I found another lady n asked her about the special or promo she said to me do u have an app I said no ... she rep**** by saying then u can't have the special ; then she left me there... without any assistance n embarrassed n i did not want pple to see that I'm not fami**** with the machine n also did not want to disappoint my son ... i had to order things that I did not want or afford... over spend.. n still at that I couldn't even buy my son an ice cream.. i had to lie to him that they said the promo is finished. image the humiliation I n my son went through... I'm so disappointed I don't think I'm ever going back there again.. n will also tell my frnds n family about my experience
