Poor customer service, unprofessional staff

I purchased a big mac meal at Mac Donald store in promenade store 0394 at 13:40 and the people who purchased after me kept on receiving their orders I waited patiently as I was on lunch time at work, I then decided to enquire from the cashier the waiting time and she told me she does not know I was puzzled because I believe that a restaurant that is as big as Mac Donald should have a waiting time, when I was asking her the supervisor in charge just walked away from her she then requested my receipt and went to the kitchen and came back with my food and that was at 14:10 when I received my order, I informed the cashier that I will be laying a complaint because of the unsatisfactory service received from the store, I quickly went out as my lunch time was already over and went back to work when I check the food, the burger was very dry, pickles were rushly placed not properly the burger had no proper sauce it was very dry and u enjoyable, I am not happy with the service received at the store and I will surely not buy Mac Donalds again the staff is so unprofessional the supervisor kept on saying people must upsel the new pops that have been added to the menu instead of attending to what I was enquiring about.
