Poor customer service McDonald’s plumstead Cape Town

I am not really the one to complain much but the service I’ve been getting in McDonald’s plumstead is not pleasant at all I went there tonight(14/05/2023) just after 8 on the drive through the lady just said hello and kept quiet then I asked can I order she said yes I said my order then she went mute again after a while just standing there I asked again can we proceed to the next window she said yes!then when we got to payment no greetings no nothing she just gave us the the card machine we payed and moved to the next window the next window lady just gave the food no greetings no nothing the service was just a no no and it’s not for the first time I understand they maybe tired or something but a little smile can go a very long way especially when a person just drove all the way to buy there
