POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM STORE MANAGER

Mc Donald's in Nigel must closed down its the 3rd time I'm going there to buy a chicken salad but they don't have it and they make me pay on the self service kiosk then after paying they make me wait for over 10minutes only to be told they don't have a chicken salad which is really unprofessional to make a customer wait for such a long time and still not get a proper explanation and why was I not told early that they dont what I ordered. I'm on a strict diet when I requested a refund the manager said they cannot refund me only after requesting the store manager they decided to refund me but the store manager refused to come see me as McDonald's customer she sent her shift manager Portia then she sent Pinny the shift runner to assist after I demanded to see the store manager for the 3rd time I ended leaving the store without seeing the store manager POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
