Poor customer service from manager

I went to Belhar Mc Donalds and placed an order using the drive through and when collecting my food the lady didn't include sauce which I paid for even after asking my slip to see and check what I ordered. When i got at home and checked the sauce wasn't included. I called the store and informed them about it and of the inconvenience that it's causing me because it's costing me to drive back just to fetch sauce and I wanted to know how they will compensate me for the inconvenience. Spoke to the store manager Ncebakazi and she said she can't do anything but give me the sauce which they did not include,when I asked her about the inconvenience they cause and how I would be compensated for it she said she can't.

This is utterly poor customer service because ,me as the customer was not at fault.
