Poor customer service Edendale Mall PMB

<p>At about 01:30 in the morning on a 24 hour mc donald I bought a jalapeno single meal and they would not give me a straw..when i complained manager then refunded me my meal and told me i bought a R20 meal and eould not give me her name. Its the manager who was on shift on 16/10/2016 at 01:30 in the morning Edendale Mall Pietermaritzburg. Im very dissapointed at this poor service from mc donalds..going to wring on facebook page, ive attached a photo of the cashier who also wouldn't give me her name.
