Poor customer service. Dont care attitude

Placed an order in store at mcdonalds plattekloof on 2 january 2022 at 16:00. Then tried to add my voucher to use 5000 points and this gave an error of invalid POD. I went to the front desk and they couldnt get it to work and told me there is nothing they can do. They then called the manager/supervisor as i was not happy with that response. The manager tried her voucher code and that too didnt work. She told me they can do anything and just left me standing there. This and they gave me my mcfizz in normal cups. Absolutely pathetic service. So now i left without my big mac meal. Im shocked as i never expected such poor service at this mcdonalds.
