Poor Customer Service Delivery

I ordered a meal using the McDelivery App at 16:42, the delivery time was initially 30 minutes which put the delivery time around 17:15. The order was placed while I was still at work, and I used my office address, the food has not been delivered, the delivery time keeps changing, right now it says 19:10, how am I expected to still be in the office waiting for food at that time. Further to that I went into the App to cancel my order and to my surprise the App does not have the cancellation functionality, I can not even track my order or see which store it is assigned to, I would drive there to fetch the food. I am sitting here with money deducted from my account, I have not received the food ordered and I am leaving the office because I can not wait any longer.
