Poor Customer Service

I bought ice cream with a friend at the Mc Donald’s at Maponya mall this afternoon and I am not impressed with the level of service I received from a staff member. Her name is Mikateko. She served customers that bought ice cream after us and she was giving us an attitude the entire time when I had asked her why she didn’t serve us first since we had purchased first. She did not even apologise.

Mc Donald’s at Maponya Mall hardly ever sells ice cream , and when they do , their service is atrocious! I am so disappointed .
