Poor customer service

On the 22nd of February 2022, I went to Jewel City Macdonald early hours of the morning. Which operating hours do state that they open at 7AM and close and 11PM. I went there, and they were not open. And did say that their system is offline. Still I went there this morning. Same excuse that their system is offline they haven't opened!!!! I mean this is totally unacceptable, having to call the manager and not making a customer a priority to come and explain as one of the employees told me that she can't attend to me because she's busy with a technian. I'm really disappointed by the poor service!!!!!
