Poor customer service

I received a very poor customer service from Mcdonald that is at Centurion Mall on Saturday 30th of March in the afternoon between 4pm and 5pm. They guy who was in the front taking orders light in completion and skinny was very rude. Please train them what is good customer service because customers pay their salaries, and we keep the business going with the profits that they are making from customers.
