Poor customer service at McDonald's

Good evening I would like to file a complaint for poor customer service and un'appetizing food at McDonald's Belhar.

We waited for over a 1 hour for our meal but when we eventually received it,it was cold!

To this dismay we ordered a mc flurry which we received 30minutes late..It is not the first time that something like this happened. The chips was so hard and crispy, it nearly cut my throat twice!

I ordered a medium cheese meal but I received a small cheeseburger and chips instead

Please look into this matter as I am not the only unhappy customer
