Poor customer service at Mc donalds Hamilton

There is no customer service for take aways walk ins. I ordered food along with coffee. I was handed my coffee and gad to wait anither 10 minutes fir food to come. I trued to ask why can't you give me all my order at once cause now coffee is getting old it's just don't make sense. The manager only indicated to me it's how they fo it cause it's 2 separate stations . She requested the Lady working st coffee station to warm up my coffee once the rest if my take away was ready. The lady just reluctantly and angrily mixed my coffee with the machine She melted all the chocolate in my mocha coffee and harshly handed it to me. Is this because that area it's 90% black population who buys at that mc donalds hence this treatment? Are we not allowed to speak out if we are not satisfied or else they will mess up our food? . Should obe skwys drive through or use Uber eat to get good treatment and valuable order. Very dissapointed and embarrassed.
