Poor customer service at Columbine

I honestly find it so disappointing that no matter how much you complain, and for the love of McDonald's I find myself here because it is the closest to home. The serve is sooooo bad! They take so long to get the orders out - they prioritise drive thru orders while leaving us waiting longer than expected. The stuff has zero sense of urgency- you definitely running a ****a shop.
