Poor Customer service and treatment from your stuff member

Macdonald PLK CBD Had horrible experience at Plk CBD We ordered food sit in and the drinks did not come straws, and not even covered. Tlou Mmanaka the Guy who had guts to tell us that MacDonalds regular customers knows that Sit-ins are not given straws and their cups are not covered was not helpful but too rude to us as customers. Does this imply that you guys only welcome and serve regular customers in yours stores? And this thing of No covering cups and giving customers straws ,why is the policy not anywhere where it will be visible to all customers to be aware? What about drinks of customers getting Germs due to not being covered?
