Poor customer service and being rude

I called Mcdonalds and some lady answered the phone, who refused to give me her name. She told the delivery guy will only be in at 9, she promised to call me back at 9, which did not happen. I called back at 9:45, instead of her apologising, she tells me she is from the bank. She then advised that I should call the call centre, which I believe she should have told me when I called the 1st time. I then asked to speak to the manager, who also refused to give the lady's details n his surname. He just told me his name is Mpho, who also has attitude and he is very rude. I am so disgusted with the service I received, as a person who works in the customer service industry, I am very very disgusted.
