Poor customer service

Rateurvisit platform just a waste of time. Complained on the 10/09/2024 on the platform with regard to low quality product I've received from pretoria north store. Till these day no one has contacted me.. It's I don't care attitude am receiving I even regret why I took my time to fill in the form.
