Poor Customer Service

I received an order from McDonalds via MrDelivery- which was missing items. A chicken foldover with no tomato and so dry, and a Quarter Pounder with CHEESE with NO cheese in it. After complaining, MrDelivery advised that they will be getting intouch with the restuarant for investigation, and they got back to me with a resolution of a R15 coupon. I am appalled at the terrible level of customer servive both from McDonalds and also MrDelivery. My email address is: *** and the order number was DFD***.
