Poor Customer service

I am highly disappointed with the service I received, I ordered my meal online and I still haven't received my order, I called customer service 5 times and they promised me that they will call me back but guess what 6 hours later I'm still waiting for my order, the agent advised me that their Team Leader will call me but I'm still waiting. I am not happy with the service received as it seems like my query is not taken serious and we been taken for a ride. Poor customer service and poor service from Mc Donald 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
