Poor Customer service

I trust this email finds you well,

Yesterday I took my family out to McDonald's in Kuilsriver and we ordered food for the kids. It took +- 45 minutes for the kids to get there meals, I was so disappointed that it took them so long to prepare the meals and there were people who got there after us but got their meals first. We had to ask where our order was before it was brought to us, and I find that very appalling.
