Poor customer service

On the 06/11/24 I went to McDonald Tonga Mall, and I bought a coffee and Chicken salad, when they brought the food, they gave me only one salad dressing sachet, and I went inside to ask for another one, the manager said, they give only one, and I asked if I can buy one, they said they don't sell it. The salad is full in the box, and the dressing is one, the salad was very dry, I couldn't even eat it, if I knew before buying g I would have went somewhere else to buy. I have been buying this salad from different McDonald's, and they always gave me two.

I didn't even eat my lunch, I had to give it away.

This is really unacceptable, I spend about R 119.70, but McDonald couldn't give me 1 extra sachet.
