Poor Customer Service

<p>I am not pleased with the service I received at McDonald's Auckland Park. I was served by "112 Ngubane" at the till. The queue was very long, she was the only person serving at the till, therefore there was quiet a number of mix up in our orders. I am saying this because quite a number of people were complaining on the day.</p> <p>I noticed there was a large cuppacino that was sitting there on a counter for a long time. The lady (whom i believe is a supervisor/controller) who offered me my food tried to force me to take that large cuppacino that had been long sitting there and getting cold. I refused and told her I want a "small" fresh cuppacino as per my order. She took that long cuppacino and decanted into a small cup right infront of me and gave it back. I then showed her that they had given me a DIRTY, OILY PAPER PLATE MAT and she just gave me a dirty look and assisted the next person.</p> <p>I was quite disappointed and annoyed, but because I was writing in an hours time I decided not to engage in an argument as it would mess up my day. I stay in the westrand and usually buy from hilfox,strubensvalley,clearwater and surrounding areas. Seeminlgy I work in the north so I always buy from rivonia,woodmead and surrounding areas however I have never ever recieved such a service that I witnessed at Auckland park.</p> <p>Having said that, I am pleased to inform you that I will never ever buy from McDonalds Auckland Park, which is such a pitty because my school is just close by. It was my first time there, but i'm never ever going back.</p>
