Poor customer service

<p>I went to buy lunch with my husband few minutes ago and was assisted by this arrogant cashier by the name of Bonolo. Firstly she doesn't great us she only said do you want to place an order or what? I said no cause we still deciding on what to buy. After we placed an order I moved from the counter so that she can assist the other customer by the time I wasn't looking she put my order on top of the counter, because I said to her that I don't want ice I asked her if it was my order hence she didn't call me and tell me that my order was ready like they always do she kept quiet after some few minutes she said yes its your order with an angry tone . Never said anything to her because i ddnt want to cause a scene then I said to my husband it seems like this lady she's in a bad mood today her service is poor.she then said to the guy that we were with that please tell that lady were she work she talk to others while helping customer am I not a customer to her.im a manager were I work I know what kind of service customers deserve you great a customer with a smile ask them if they would like to place an order tell them the whole amount they have to pay request them to enter the pin for you and thank them once their order is ready you call them to pick it rather than helping the other customer while my food is getting cold on top of the counter the service was too bad whenever I go there I receive the best service the horrible lady that was assisting me she was in a bad mood but she doesn't have the right to take it out on customers I would never employ someone like her in my company beware she will cost you customers. </p>
