Poor customer service

Disgusting service at McD Benoni Kit Kat drive thru on Christmas day. I ordered 2 rounds of dessert, the 1st arrived in time and served well the last round was rather disappointing as it took 30 mins of waiting for a simple McCurry cheese cake dessert. After following up still no urgency from the staff members or a sinple apology for the delay. Noone saw any problem in me having to wait that long in an empty outlet. I'm a regular at McD and understand how quickly orders gets executed this time I'm very disappointed.
