Poor customer service

I had a negative experience with staff at Macdonald’s Louwlardia, Centurion .staff was not polite during the interaction, I was told to come back to collect my order which was inconvenient , when I received the order was incomplete. I called the restaurant to follow up on the order the call was answered by a staff member named Mashudu, who was rude and insulting she instructed me to come in for a refund. She hung up the call while I was still speaking .
