Poor Customer Service

I have decided to post this time after leaving it a few times.1stly..its a regular thing at this Mc D not to have ice cream on a HOT DAY.How bad is that.2ndly..there are two drive through lanes but one operator.This defeats the purpose of splitting the lanes because you wait long anyways for the ONE OPERATOR to finish with the next customer.I must add from ALl Mc D's that me and my kids go to,this one closest to my home is the worst.MANAGEMENT PLEASE JACK YOURSELF UP.
