Poor customer service

So disappointed with the service I recieved from Mcdonald Megacity in uMlazi. My order took 30 minutes (from 7:20 pm till 7:50 Yesterday evening) reason being the lady who was helping me was busy on a tablet phone and when I complained about it she had no decency to even apologise was helping me did not apologise instead she gave me attitude and told me I can go ahead and report her, she even gave me her name (Angel) . She caused a scene to a point that even other staff members tried to tell her that she was wrong of which she did not acknowledge it, instead the argument went on and on amongst the staff members while I was standing. I have even vedeo clip of them shouting at each other and her denying her fault. I am seriously ****ed off as I ended up getting stuck in the storm because of the delay caused by this rude lady.
