Poor Customer Service

I was at Mc Donald's Nkomo village in Atteridgeville and the service was the worst service that I ever had. I was at the drive thru and it took approximately more than 30 min to get my order. I would have accepted if it was a busy day' but it was in the evening around 19h30 with no big queue.
