Poor customer service

I ordered my food at 9am. Estimated delivery time they said 09:45 to 10:00. At 10:00 I called them to check on my order they said the driver is out and should be arriving in the next 5 to 10 minutes. I called at 10:30 they said my order is still at the store. I asked them why they **** earlier, the guy by the name of Sandile said he can't see who I spoke to and not allow to check but he will check on my order. He dropped the and never returned to me. This not the first time they delay and lie about my order. I will never ever order macdonald
