Poor Customer Service

I went to buy take away's on Saturday at Mc Donald's Westgate Mall. Upon my arrival there was a notice that they do not have water therefore they aren't serving soft drinks. I went ahead and ordered a happy meal for my son with apple juice, Mc Feast deluxe and 2 Big macs. I asked the lady there not to make them meals as I was not willing to pay for drinks I was not going to get with my meal. I got my order and had to ask for the toy as I wasn't given the toy after I had paid for my order. My order arrived and gave them my slip and when I got home I realised that the apple juice I asked for and had paid for was not in the packet and the Mcfeast was a meal as it came with fries. I find this very frustrating to have paid for a meal and not get a drink with my meal and oaid for a juice my son did not get to enjoy with his meal. he lasy was not paying attention because had she paid attention she could have gotten my order correct and i wouldn't have paid for things I did not get, I am really unhappy with the service I got on Saturday.
