Poor customer service

I visited Mc Donald's in Chris hani mall to buy a latte the service was just so bad I had to wait for 30 minutes just for a latte and there was no apology why I had to wait I was told to park on the side . I went inside to go collect my order and the latte was so cold. I'm so not happy with their service .
