Poor customer service

I would like to complain about the POOR Customer service at Mcdonalds Seapoint . I expect that my meal won’t be cold and that I don’t get attitude from Personal thinking they know better. It’s not our fault you don’t have more Staff.!!! Atleast give us warm food this is the second time this has happened. Very dissatisfied with McDonalds
