Poor customer service

<p>I went to McDonald's with a friend during the lunch hour rush, asked if i am sitting in or getting take aways i rep**** sit in. A few minutes later i got called to fetch my order and to my surprise it was packaged. I then told the lady that i asked for a sit in and she asked her collegue who assisted me with ordering to verify and she just let out a cold "sorry". Even after that i was not offered a tray at least to sit at a table and eat. I had to sit there and open my take away and eat on the table. I am so dissatisfied with such service, not acceptable at all.</p>
