Poor customer service

<p>I asked the lady behind the till if my 4 year old son could have a toy from the display cabinet, instead of a troll pencil, she refused having an attitude about her having her troll pencil back even after I told her we get two toys because we bought 2 happy meals. Very bad attitude the way she handled my enquiry and I asked so nicely because my son was in tears. Maybe they shouldn't display the toys that the kids can't have, and maybe treat customers with more respect!</p>
