Poor Customer Service

McDonald's currently has a game which you play to receive rewards,one of the rewards being a 2 months Tidal music streaming access which is gained by achieving 4000 points of which I did.The reward appears on my McDonald's app in the deal section but it says that the reward is locked.I have sent an email last week already and I have received no response till now,I have also called the call center but it goes straight to voicemail.
