Poor customer satisfaction

After being to many of the macdonalds in Durban I have encountered many problems. I went to Macdonalds in pinetown today to redeem my voucher half price on the McRoyale burger but when I get to the store the scanner is not working and has not been working for the past 3 day. The manager has always assisted me and been kind to me but they have many issues at the store which needs to be resolved. I do not like going to the Chatsworth Macdonalds as their service is very poor compared to Pinetown I have been there before and the way I was treated was terrible. How am I going to redeem my McRoyale deals? As it expires today and I don't want to go to Macdonalds in Chatsworth.
