Poor and unprofessional service received

Poor and no respect for clients. Mcdonald birch acares mall. Bought 4 meals and there was one packet fries short from the meals when I ask lady manager throws the fries at me and said I complain too much. When I arrive at home as I bought take aways the worst meal I have ever seen big uncut chunk of lettuce but in the burger. No sauce three foldover no lettuce no sauce only small tomato. The other issue is I was on drive through lane when wa was my time to collect it the order the was pedestrian standing by the window. When I ask the manager why the delay. She was rude and told me the shop is closed for their safety. People must use drive through and I ask her about our safety as I could not see which was client or ********.
