POOR AND HORRIBLE SERVICE AT MCDONALD'S DIEPKLOOF

I order a medium meal foldover via uber eats.. After waiting for a whole hour because apparently McDonald's had no drivers, they eventually delivered my order. And I get the shock of my life.. The foldover just has two Patties inside. No onions, tomatoes sauce lettuce. nothing.. Just dry. I then called McDonald's Diepkloof square to ask about this and the guy I spoke to apologize and promised me that they'll deliver in 20 mins. Waited for a whole 40 mins and no one for back to me. When I try to call again, the phone rings someone answers but no one talks. When I try again then suddenly their line is busy. I'm so disappointed and angry at such poor service. Who sealed the packet?? Did they think what they where sealing was IT??!!
