Poor and disgusting services

I just had to review this old fort branch I have never received such poor services and such disrespect from not just the staff member Minnie but from the manager on duty Nonhlanhla... Sunday morning My family and I after attending an event went pass McDonald's for some food. The teller Minnie who served me gave me my order with icecream tickets that allow you to purchase icecream for 2.50 when I got into the car in the same moment we decided to go through the drive through and put haze the icecream. When we get to the window Minnie was so rude and so was the manager screaming at us telling us that we are lying making such a performance at the window, it doesn't make any logical sense that I would purchase food for R200 and fight for R5 icecream. I have never felt so embarrassed in my life, your staff has absolutely no people or management s****s, I would like the cameras to be reviewed because that girl who assisted me denied giving those tickets and made a huge performance like they uneducated. As the owner of this branch I would like matters to be reviewed further as that manager did not care whether I contracted head office she told me to go ahead.

My advice is to sort your staff out before you end up with absolutely no customers due to the disgusting services provided!!!
