Poor and disgusting Service !!!

I was buying a cappuccino and asked them to add a chocolate sprinkler and he told me that he works according to time and he can't help me, they always serve it with a sprinkler but today it's an issue!!!I then requested a manager to come so he can assist he didn't even apologize but also told me about time, THAT MANAGER IS USELESS!!!!I buy my cappuccino there every morning and suddenly today I am being told about time, I thought customer was their main priority and we bring the money there, I was disrespected and they are useful people and I will tell everyone I know never to buy there even if it's convinced still they must rather go somewhere else!!!' THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE!!! They were acting like they doing me a favor!!! I am ****ed and I requested my money back!!! I will still take this further to the radio and newspaper, these people always get away with stupid things!!! And we keep quiet about it well not this time!!!!
