Poor

I was very disappointed by the lack of proper customer service from McDonald's there by Vaal mall...the staff was extremely slow...had to wait for over an hour before receiving my order...i thought the manager Ms Melika would atleast have the courtesy to apologize for the delay but she just rudely walked away...im so disappointed till today...no sense of urgency what so ever
