Points system is a ****

I really find the points system a **** I reached13000 point as I wanted to redeem the system is not work , one of the staff member tried to assist nothing worked. She advise I delete the app and try to load it again now it is not allowing me to proceed with the app it keeping on giving me error code with the country language. I'm do disappointed with that now the point are gone can not retrieve them back.
